INSCYD bundle is a one-time service (test + plan for a specific period). Monthly coaching is a long-term partnership with constant plan adjustments. For the best results, I recommend a combination of both.
PPD (Power Performance Decoder) is a test you can perform independently on a smart trainer or bike with a reliable power meter. Only a fit file from the test is needed. LA (Lactate) is a test where lactate is measured. The test can be performed independently (if lactate measurements are available), in which case there is no 30€ surcharge, or by arrangement at an agreed location. Both tests can be performed on a trainer or outdoors.
Yes! For beginners, a structured approach is even more important, as we properly build the foundations. The START package is ideal for getting started.
I specialize in optimizing training with limited time. All packages are designed exactly for this — maximum results with minimal time. Even the START package offers an efficient approach.
Minimum: a heart rate monitor and a device that can sync data to TrainingPeaks. A power meter is highly recommended, as it's the only way to fully utilize the training plan's potential.
