Optimal position.
Maximum power.
Professional bike fitting is not a luxury, it's a necessity. An incorrect position causes pain, reduces efficiency and increases the risk of injury. Using the Retul, LEOMO sensors and saddle pressure analysis system, we find your ideal position.
The science behind the perfect position
Bike fitting is a systematic process of adjusting the bike to your body. The goal is not just comfort, the goal is optimal efficiency in power transfer to the pedals.
Using the Retul 3D motion capture system, I analyze your position in real time. Every millimeter change on the bike affects your body, and measurements tell us which changes deliver results.
In addition to 3D analysis, I also use LEOMO motion sensors to analyze pelvic stability and pedaling technique. With saddle pressure sensors, we ensure that your weight is optimally distributed, preventing numbness and discomfort.
Common problems solved by fitting
Why bike fitting?
The right position delivers measurable results.
More power
The optimal position enables better power transfer to the pedals. Typical improvement: 3-5%.
Less pain
Eliminate pain in knees, back, neck and hands. Enjoy riding without discomfort.
Better endurance
The right position reduces fatigue. Sustain higher intensity for longer.
Fewer injuries
Prevent recurring injuries caused by an incorrect position.
How the fitting works
A systematic approach for optimal results.
Interview
We discuss your goals, problems and injury history.
Flexibility assessment
I check your flexibility, strength and any asymmetries.
On-bike position
Using the 3D system, I analyze your current position.
Adjustments
I systematically adjust components and verify the effect.
Validation
Final analysis and documentation of the optimal position.
The entire process takes 1-3 hours. I perform bike fitting at your location (home, garage) or at a rented space by arrangement.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about bike fitting.
A Basic Fit takes approximately 1-1.5h, Pro Fit 1.5-2.5h, and Aero Fit 3+ hours. The time depends on the complexity of your case.
Bring your bike, cycling shoes and cycling clothes. If you have them, also bring any previous settings or fitting reports.
Most cyclists adapt to the new position within 2-4 weeks. Start with shorter rides and gradually increase the distance.
The fitting does not include components. If changes are needed (e.g., different stem, handlebars, saddle), I will recommend the best options, but the purchase is your decision.
I recommend a re-fit every year or with major changes (new bike, injury, weight change).
Yes! The process is the same, but I take into account the specifics of the e-bike (weight, center of mass, motor assistance).
I perform fittings on location - at your home (I just need a flat surface and electricity) or at another agreed location. This saves you time transporting your bike.
