1. General Provisions

These terms of use govern the use of the website srsport.eu and services offered by SR Sport, Saso Rupnik s.p. (hereinafter: "the provider").

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the site.

2. Services

The provider offers the following services:

• Personal coaching for endurance sports (cycling, running, triathlon)
• Metabolic testing (INSCYD, lactate test, VO2max, NIRS/MOXY)
• Professional bike fitting (Retul system)
• Aerodynamic testing
• Digital training plans

Details of individual services, including prices, are listed on the relevant subpages of the website or are agreed upon individually.

3. Ordering and Payment

Services are ordered via the contact form, email, or phone. The service is confirmed when the provider confirms the date and terms in writing (by email).

Payment is made by agreement — before or after the service is completed, by bank transfer or another agreed method of payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling is possible at least 48 hours before the agreed date at no charge. In the case of later cancellation, the provider reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the service value.

5. Liability

The provider's services are based on professional knowledge and experience. However, the provider does not guarantee specific training or testing results, as these depend on numerous individual factors.

Clients are responsible for their own health condition. We recommend a medical examination before starting training or testing, especially in the case of chronic conditions or injuries.

6. Copyright

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, video content) is the property of the provider and is protected by copyright law. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Training plans received as part of the service are intended solely for your personal use and may not be shared with third parties.

7. Digital Products

For digital training plans purchased via the website, the following applies:

• The product is delivered in digital form after payment is completed
• Due to the nature of digital products, returns after download are not possible

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The website may contain links to external websites (Instagram, Facebook, Strava, etc.), for whose content we are not responsible.

9. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to change these terms. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page.

10. Dispute Resolution

For resolving any disputes arising from the use of the website or services, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia has jurisdiction. The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply.
