- Athlete questionnaire: first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, weight, height, sports activity data, goals, and health status
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time (if analytics is enabled)
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry or message
- Preparing an individual training program or offer
- Communication regarding services (coaching, testing, bike fitting)
- Improving the functionality of the website
4. Legal Basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide when completing the contact form or questionnaire. For the performance of a contract, we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data is retained until the end of communication, while athlete data is retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and 1 year after its conclusion.
6. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:
- Supabase Inc. — for secure storage of questionnaire data (data processor)
- Netlify Inc. — for website hosting and processing of contact forms
We have appropriate data processing agreements (DPA) in place with all processors in accordance with GDPR.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction of processing — you may request restriction of processing
