How the INSCYD test works
The test takes approximately 60 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
PPD (Power Performance Decoder) is a test consisting of 3 maximal efforts that only requires a reliable power measurement source (power meter on the bike or smart trainer). LA test includes lactate measurements and is even more reliable. For most recreational athletes, PPD is perfectly sufficient.
I recommend repeating the test every 8-12 weeks depending on the training period. It is recommended after major training blocks. This way we can see how your physiology responds to training.
We perform the test on a Wahoo KICKR trainer that accepts your bike. If you don't have a bike, we can use a studio bike, but it's better to test on your own bike.
You will receive your results within 24-48 hours after completing the test.
